L.E. Mexicana is a family-owned ice cream business dedicated to bringing the authentic taste of Mexican frozen treats to Taber. They pride themselves on using real fruit and high-quality ingredients to craft their offerings.
L.E. Mexicana sells their popsicles and paletas from their food truck. It can often be found at Confederation Park in Taber during the weekends.
